I was just wondering if there is anything close to 3D face Snapping like in AutoCAD based off in Revit ?

Snaps work on 3D view.  Depends on what you are trying draw, pay attention to the active work plane.

Can you provide an example of what you would like to do.   "3D face Snapping like in AutoCAD" doesn't do it for me.
