3D lines automatically set to another level, can draw in my plan

I am trying to draw a 3D line in my ground floor, but once I click the draw button, it sets it to the level below, and the level in properties is grayed...

Select the line and then edit the workplane

You should be able to change level

The Placement Plane in the Options Bar will gray out upon placing the starting point of the Model Line in the View. Choose a Placement Plane before you start drawing the Model Line.
