3d Cad Link is not the same in different views

I can't understand how this linked cad drawing looks different in different sections.

For sure it is only one and if I click on it it turns blue(selected) in all the views. 

Section 16 shows the green pipe inside the technical space while the 3D view and Section 15 show the pipe outside the technical space, above the stairs. So in one section the pipe is longer than in the other section. 

Why is this happening?

I see you mention an inconsistency in the way a linked CAD pipe in sections and 3D views. I see your screenshots but do you think you can also attach the files in order to test?
