2 Different Keynote Schedules on a single sheet

Hello,

I am currently working on a project where we plan on putting the demolition and the reconstruction, on the same sheet, since we have space to do so. Is there a way to have a demolition keynote and a reconstruction keynote? I know about the number by sheet but there isn't a way to link a particular view I don't think. Should I just do it manually with text and leaders? Please let me know if there is a better way to do this.

If you add a prefix to all demo keynotes with a D, for example, then you can create different Keynote schedules with different filters to show either Demo or New keys.

That was perfect, I did a little tweak on it so I wouldn't need to add the prefix, and just made sure a particular word was in each of the filtered notes (or omitting a period). So thank you, didn't even know you could duplicate the keynote schedule.

I spoke too soon. This does not let me have different numbering. So even though it doesn't show up on both, the number still continues. Is there a way around that? I currently have it where square outlined notes are one and circular outlined notes are the other.

So you don't use the Key value number but let Revit generates on Sheets.  I don't now how to make that works.

Manually typing and making boxes it is, thanks anyway. I'm sure it will come in handy in the future.

I suggest creating a symbol for demolition and a symbol for construction, and set up a Note Block schedule for each symbol. The numbering will still need to be manual, but they will be separate for each symbol and the text will be orderly. You can use a instance parameter in the symbol to filter if you need.
