0 as a COUNT Value in AREA schedules

I would like to Achieve the table below:

I break-up my schedules per room type and intend to place them side by side. As you can guess, when I don't have a room type on a given level, no element appears, meaning that my rows don't line up.

I have started with 1CH(single beds) as a test. I added 1 Dummy Area to the 4th Floor.  (COUNT/COUNT%)-1 gets me the value I am looking for.  In the future I can hide COUNT(which is a parameter I created = to 1) and COUNT PERCENTAGE and still get my 0.  The issue here, is that I am left stacking schedules for every floor.  This is too brittle a schedule for large 20+ storey buildings.

(BTW I tried to create COUNT_0 which is if (COUNT >1, COUNT, 0). This predictably gets me 0 as a value, as count is always 1.)

I am stuck stacking schedules for every floor, due to the fact that un-filtering these floors gets me a different total and ruins the COUNT/COUNT%-1.  This is a common issue whenever I play with schedules:  I can only technically use the grand total at the bottom of the schedule, (by dividing by area by percentage of total) and no "intermediary" totals, such as those, say, per floor.

open to any suggestions.

still not quite clear? I don't love the idea of having to add blank areas, there must be a better way.
