Why do my posts disappear

This is my 3rd post, the first two disappeared.

Under my account, it says I have already made 2 posts, but when I click it, it says "No Posts to Display".

They were caught in the spam filter I have returned them to the forum

Similarly, I posted to a forum and have the same issue, my profile shows a post - but when you follow the link there is no post there.

Well you say that but the post I was talking about was in this thread , it isn't there, plus I just tried responding to it again with a long detailed post and it vanished the moment I looked away.

Same thing is happening to my unfortunately, made a post and nothing is showing up for me either.
