What Is This Settings That Pops Up In One Particular Project

Please, see attached file.
"Individual Application Settings" pops up in one of my projects. What is it all about. I checked the Help section and still cannot really grasp what it is. When I Cancel it, I don't have any errors, all will be fine until I re-open the file again.

This is not specifically Revit related but rather associated with your graphics driver nVidia setup. Also appears it has not changed since 2008!
