Wall Profile resets

Hi there,

I want to know if the profile of a wall is modified. Manually you can see this, because when a wall profile is changed, the option 'Reset Profile' will be available in the Ribbon.

However I can't find the property or trigger in the API. So my question is, how can inspect a wall with the API and see if the profile of a wall is modified ?
