Unable to save (Need immediate help)

I'm currently using the student version of Revit. Whenever I try to save a project, I get an error message saying "Failed to open document" and then a "Failed to save". I've uninstalled Revit from my computer 7 times already and did a hard reset on my computer multiple times as well. Please help. My homework is due February 5th, 2019.
