In a plugin, I can change the attached DWF/DWFx using transmission data's
SetDesiredReferenceData
so far so good
However, when I open the project, I get the following error: Some sheets have no markups and will not be loaded
This is weird because if I remove the DWF/DWFx and manually link it again, it works fine so the DWF is correct
The same code works perfectly for Revit and CAD links
Ideas ?

A bit more info.
I found out that if the new file is actually a copy of the original file, it works fine. This error happens only if it is a whole different DWF/DWFx
Forgot to mention that I'm using Revit Architecture 2016
Dear Francois,
Thank you for your query.
Please excuse the delay in answering.
Just for your information, escalating it repeatedly does not help speed up the process.
All it does is pollute our database and confuse our poor human cerebra.
Can you please provide a minimal reproducible case for us to analyse in full depth?
In order to understand exactly what you mean and be able to research possible reasons for the discrepancy between the observed and expected behaviour, we require:

Hi Jeremy,
1st, I want to apologise for repeatedly escalating.
2nd, excuse the delay too, got side tracked on other projects....
It seems like my mouse chose this moment to get stuck, just when I clicked the button but I didn't realize immediately.
Got me a new mouse so it shouldn't happen again 😉
I'll prepare all the elements and will post them as soon as I can (crazy times right now)....
🙂
np...
say hello to your new mouse from me.
cheers
jeremy
Hi Jeremy,
Ok, seems like I'm losing it big times. while making a little plugin to demonstrate my issue, I can't reproduce the problem so I guess it has to be in my real plugin. I guess I messed up somewhere and have to find out where.
I'll close the ticket in the support system
sorry for wasting your time
Dear Francois,
Thank you for confirming that all is OK.
No problem whatsoever.
I was thinking of writing a post explaining how often the preparation of a minimal reproducible case actually ends up solving the problem, so this is a very good example to underline that.
Best regards,
Jeremy
