Tags are shifting position in different computers

Hello everyone, first time I ever saw that - got (6) people working in the same project. for all of them, tags are aligned and evenly spaced. for one of them, the same tags are misaligned. the tags literally shift sideways on his computer.

We timed synchs and checked, same thing on all other users' computer. Any ideas on what might be causing it?
