Silent Installation of Revit Plugin

Hello Everyone,

How can I prevent the popup from appearing when the plugin is loaded for the first time? I tried some methods suggested by ChatGPT, but none were successful. I also attempted to sign the assembly with an SNK file, but it didn't work. So, how can I make Revit trust my plugin?

Signing of your plugin is the answer, just maybe a different method than you used. We sign using a post-build event inside Visual Studio using a windows certificate we created. Follow what Jeremy Tammik posted for creation. the difference i think is where we installed the certificates. The end result being no popups for any of our custom addins.
