Set Justification to selected piping structure.

I have a query about how to set justification to selected pipe structure (Alignement Middle Left) via Revit MEP API 2014 ?.

Are you able to do this using the UI? I am not sure what you mean by pipe "structure" alignment. Can you provide a use case or a sample of what you mean?

I have the same problem about how to user API to call the justify function, and I found that there is no effect to just change the parameter "BuiltInParameter.RBS_CURVE_VERT_OFFSET_PARAM" of the Duct instance.
