RibbonPanel order

I have RibbonTabs and many RibbonPanels.

How can I change the order list of this panels

I can only add new one still to the end of the current list.

need programatically change order of this panels.

Are these panels that you've added or someone else? If you've added them, all you have to do is change the order they appear in your code. The panels will appear in the order you've created them. If it was someone else, I'm not really sure how much control you have.
