I implemented the same templates for Revit 2018.1 now: Revit2018AddInTemplateSet

Also, I created the necessary NuGet packages:

• Revit2018DevTools
• Revit-2018.1-x64.Base
• Revit-2018.1x64-Utilities
• Revit-2018.1x64-Additional

I looked at the NuGet pages, and the documentation is rather sparse.

No. I will add it later when I will have an enough free time. The code sources have many explaining comments. I use Revit very rarely.
