Revit will not Install.

I previously had Revit 2018 installed on my computer. I removed it from the C drive to clear up some space. I tried to reinstall it on another drive and I always get an error that it will not install. I have tried Revit 2018, 2020, and 2021. They all error out. I was able to Install 2021 on a slower laptop I have. But still no go with the main computer. I followed the tutorial to super uninstall the program and it still won't download.
