Revit UI Events

Hi i am trying to find a way to trigger my code when the ToolTip on a button is shown.

I thought the best way to do that would be with a UI event.

But the list of the events is rather short.

Is there a way to find out if the user is looking at a ToolTip / Contextual help ?
