Revit Model keeps crashing problem

Hi, Can anybody help, I am having a problem with Revit 2016, When I go to import an another model into my model it instantly crashes and closes down. 

Is there anything I can do to the model to fix this ?

I want to check you do  import operation in UI or by API?

Could you share your model to let our engineer team to reproduce it ?
