Revit Error: Cannot make Editable reinforcement layout, design, spaces

Hello collegues! 

I have managed to make an Area Reinforcement with C# in VS, but I also wanna to change the parameters of the builded layout. F.ex. Spaces between bars, can anybody help me? Googling for Revit API methods for a week, using 2018.2 Revit version.

Stucked here: 

 AreaReinforcement rein = AreaReinforcement.Create(doc, wall, curves, majorDirection, defaultAreaReinforcementTypeId, defaultRebarBarTypeId, defaultHookTypeId);
 rein.AdditionalTopCoverOffset = 0; // any number <--
 rein.AdditionalBottomCoverOffset = 0; // any number -->

Found only offsets and thats it 😞

And also I cant get the value of variable Layers where Ican probably change the intervals of bars, no such parameter in api, but smthexists in AreaReinforcement.ParameterSet  as Definition.Name "ReinforcementSpacing" for different purposes.. I tried to change values in Revit itself, and this is what I am actually trying to change by API, any clues how to change them?

I got rid of it by hardcoding some parameters:

                    {
                        if (par.Id.ToString() == "-1018302") // bar spacing
                        {
                            par.SetValueString("500");
                        }
                        if (par.Id.ToString() == "-1018301") // face type
                        {
                            par.Set(0);
                        }
                        if (par.Id.ToString() == "-1018307") // pri bar length
                        {
                            par.SetValueString("3500");
                        }
                    }
}
