Revit Build/Discipline Load Error

I have an addin that errors while loading on some computers only. The message is: "Revit cannot run the external application..." "Could not load file or assembly..."

My development version is:

Revit 2014 One Box - Build 20130308_1515(x64)

No Error:

Revit ARC - 20140709_2115(x64) UR3

Error:

Revit MEP - 20140709_2115(x64) UR3

My question is: Can the Revit Build and/or Discipline within one release (2014) cause an error?

.NET Framework (4.5) is another possibility which has been checked but not thoroughly. Mainly I am curious as to whether I should take into account the Build/Flavour.

Also, indeed Revit 2014 is compatible with .NET 4.0, but it should run in compatibility mode.
