I have an existing Revit file with point clouds inserted that we used for a previous bldg project. I now have a new point cloud with updated data of the same bldg and need it to be in the exact same location as the original for comparisons. My problem is the original point cloud has been rotated and moved in the Revit file. Is there a way to do this?

This seems to be a non-trivial problem, based on what I see searching for "match point cloud":

You will need to find a working solution at all, first of all, before thinking about addressing this programmatically. This is normally easiest to achieve working manually in the end user interface and researching for the optimal workflow and best practices there.
