Revit 2017 has stopped working

Hi,

My API runs a code to save RVT and print PDF. Usually after or during the process of saving RVT, revit freezes and later I start getting below error.

Sometimes it happens while revit is launched.

This issue has become more frequent now, "Revit stopped working" with Fault module name - ucrtbase.DLL and Problem event name - BEX64

Any idea why this happening ? or what could be a solution for this.

The first thing I would test is whether Revit runs reliably without your add-in loaded.

If it does, your add-in may be causing a problem.

If not, then you have a problem with Revit itself. In that case, I would discuss the issue in a different, non-API related forum.
