Rebar placement in Revit 2023 and Revit 2024

Query: I am trying to place rebars manually for a Model contains Walls and Floor structures. To add Rebars following steps are followed. Can anyone guide to confirm that I am following proper steps and not missing anything.

Revit 2023:

1. Opened Revit model and selected Level 1 View.
2. After navigating to Level 1 View, clicked on Rebar button which is located in Structure Tab. 
3. Refer below image.

5. Clicking on Rebar button will not result anything in Revit 2023.

Revit 2024:

1. Opened same Revit model in Revit 2024 and selected Level 1 View.
2. After navigating to Level 1 View, clicked on Rebar button which is located in Structure Tab. 
3. Refer below image.

5. Clicking on Rebar button will not results Rebar placement option as shown below.
6. 
7. As shown in above image following same step, here I am able to place Rebar manually.

Can anyone please guide if I am missing something.
