QNAP (NAS) CONFIGURATION

I just need to know how can i configure a qnap for collaborative work from different places in the world.

Ok, to use QNAP for collaborative work, you could use QNAP file station to set up a WebDAV service, then mount this URL as a local disk on each your computers from different places in the world, see below link for overview:
