Provider parameters for a category

hi everyone,

i'm looking to retrieve a list of parameters (or there names) associated to a category.
The specific list i want to retrieve is the one we also get when creating filters in revit (see screen below).
Until now i succes in retrieving the project parameters from the project but not the exact list of builtin parameters.
I often get to many or to few parameters that not correspond with the 'filter'-parameter list in revit.

Is there a direct way of accesing this list? or knowledge about how this list is created in revit itself?
