Project Browser / Properties work, move & dock fine.. - but never save when Revit shuts down. Revit 2023

Dear all

As noted our Project Browser and Properties pallets always turn off and then do not show when restarting Revit (just have to turn them back on and relocate each time)

Have tried deleting the UIState file and also tried removing/renaming the xml file UI file.. ensured the files are in the Trend antivirus exclusion list but always the same reversion to no UI mods upon restart.

thoughts? something to delete somewhere?

Well, yes, one thought: you might have better luck posting this query in the much larger and more general Architecture forum rather than is this very limited Revit API forum, dedicated to programming Revit. Afaict, you are not programming anything yourself, just using the standard UI...
