Plugins & Cloud licensing

1. We would like to know how can we create plugins from our software to our Revit models.   Where can we find information to do this, what are the costs involved, what specifications do we need to extract information from Revit and show it in our platform.

2. Also, how do we go upon establishing a cloud license service to access our Revit models through the cloud?

Welcome to the Revit API.

The desktop Revit API is completely free of cost. However, it requires a running Revit installation, and hence a valid end user license for the customer.

Everything you need to know about creating Revit add-ins for the desktop product is explained in the Revit API getting started material and the introductory sections of the Revit developers guide:

Cloud services providing access to Revit models are part of the Autodesk Forge platform:

It requires no installation whatsoever on your part. It is free of cost for experimentation and development, but costs cloud credits when used on a larger scale.

Since this forum is dedicated to the .NET Windows desktop Revit API, I would recommend you raise all further cloud related questions there via the appropriate Forge help channels, after browsing the Forge platform pages a bit to understand the basic fundamentals:
