Pipes height

How can I get bottom or top height of horizontal pipes with API.

Need for tag in floor plan...But in floor plan if you use tab ..You can't know what height is it.

Explore the pipe using RevitLookup and you will see. You might get the info from a parameter. If worst comes to worst, you can query and analyse its geometry.
