Pipe Pressure Loss Report,Velocity Pressure, Why is Velocity = 0 in fitting?,

I am looking at the results in the Pipe Pressure Loss Report, and I see that in the row of the fittings, velocity pressure has a value. However, the velocity puts 0, so if the velocity pressure, depends on the velocity, why do they put zero?.

How do you find velocity pressure?

Make an example with the original template (Plumbing-Default_Metric)

Here I share the images:

I already asked this question at Revit Forum MEP, and I was recommended to use other software, but I would like to know why?
