ParameterType and StorageType

Hi, would you guys please help me how to use StorageType and ParameterType in 'switch case' mode?

I've attached the script below, please tell how to fix these issues that I have encountered:

1) how can I use ElementId type in the StringBuilder?

2)where should I use the ParameterType and StorageType?

3)how to use ParamterType in 'switch case' mode?

I'm a newbie, I know these questions are so general.

I would be so appreciated if you help me through...

I can answer the first one.

For ElementId storage types, you can use AsDouble() to get the internal units, or AsValueString() to get what you see in Revit.

The other two, if it is formatting you are after, you might want to check in UnitFormatUtils.
