Offset Value refresh issue revit document through Revit API

Hi All,

I am trying to set offset in my C# code through Revit API. Problem is that, after transaction commited offset value does not change in my revit doc.

In my experience, This kind of problem is usually solved by performing a Document.Regenerate() before setting the offset parameter.

I have tried the same, also tried doc.refresh(), still failing same.
