No answer from the Autodesk Revit App Store

We are not getting any feedback from the QA people that use to review the apps in the Revit App Store. Does anybody have any idea why?

I am from Autodesk App Store. Could you please let me know for which query you have not received reply? Did you check your spam/junk email folders? we have received few concerns of our emails going to spam/junk folder.
