MultiLeader Extension not transfering to REVIT

When importing / linking CAD To REVIT, we are having issues with the Multileader Extension showing in REVIT (see screenshot). Apart from drawing a separate line in CAD, how can we fix this to make the extension show in REVIT.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end user support issues here.
