Multi line text in a schedule programmatically.

We use to make the multi line in a schedule using ctrl return. How to do that programmatically?

First of all, create such text manually through the user interface and use RevitLookup to explore the Revit API view of the result. That may already provide the answer to your question.

Have you installed RevitLookup? Have you examined a multi-line schedule entry with it? What do you see?
