Modify IFC Options

Hello all,

I have a question regarding the IFC Import Options (see image below).

Is it possible to read and modify the IFC mappings from the Revit API? Meaning, e.g defining a new mapping file or retrieving the existing one and adding a new mapping or editing an existing mapping.

I should think so, especially considering that the entire Revit IFC import and export functionality is open source:
