ModelCloudUrn is not updated after enabling collaboration in cloud.

When the model is being published to ACC (through "collaborate in cloud"), accessing `doc.GetCloudModelUrn()` in that model returns urn of previously opened doc (or some old value). The only way to get correct value is to close and reopen the model.
Spotted in R25 and R26 (probably older versions are affected as well)
