Loadable or System Family from Category

is there any way to determine whether a Category (or BuiltinCategory) refers to a loadable or a system family?

No categories are not specific to one or the other:  OST_StructuralFoundation for example refers to both.

If it has an ElementType which is FamilySymbol then it is loadable.
