Load Family performance issue

Dear Members,

I am modifying a family and then saving it to a folder. Now till save everything is smooth and fine but when I try to load the family it takes huge time whereas if I load the family via Revit manually its done in a jiffy.

PS: The Revit doc contains 975 instances of the family

Please submit a reproducible case including a benchmark with a timer showing how long the process is taking, plus detailed instructions on how to compare it reliably with the equivalent manual process taking less time:
