Issue with Survey Course at Autodesk Traning Evaluation System

Hello everyone, excuse me if this isn't the proper place to post it, but I didn't know where to post it and need to get visibility in order to solve this issue.
I made a course from an Authorized Training Center and finished it, I just need to get the downloable PDF Certificate of Completion.
From the Training Center, I recieved a Course ID and enrolled on it. I was following the guide to obtain the certificate step by step alright until the point that I need to complete the survey course.
The issue is that the Survey Course in Autodesk Training Evaluation System doesn't show up, the progress gauge is empty in 0/0 (zero out of zero), there's no button to continue or finish, only buttons for Home, Dashboard and Course, what means to quit from the Survey without filling it and the Survey Status is always in "Not Completed", so, it doesn't change to "Awaiting for approval", what it means that I can't get my downloable PDF Certificate of Completion.
I tried changing browser (used Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Opera, Mozzila Firefox), 3 different computers, 1 cellphone with 2 different browsers, 2 different location and internet connection and a VPN but yet, the Survey Course doesn't show up.
What concerns me the most is that according to the Training Ceneter I have just 14 days to get the PDF Certificate since the day I get the Course ID and I get it yesterday, so I have now 13 days remaining.
I attach a screen capture in order to show the issue, but I don't attach a video because it could show the Course ID and I think that I shouldn't reveal that information.
