Is it possible to create Phases in Revit using C#?

Hello Revit Users, 
I have been checking the Revit API , maybe I am wrong but I haven't found a method in which we can Create a Revit Phase Using C#? 
1- Is creating a new Phase using the API Possible ?
2- Also How can I set an element to a certain Phase ?

       Same threat was already discussed in the forum, There no direct method to create Phase, we have a workaround to create phase. Kindly check the below link for additional reference

Afaik, there is a wish for this in the Revit Idea Station. Please vote for the existing wish to raise its priority.

Thanks for the help , I want to be able to create multiple phases within the Revit project but from what I have read and understood my approach is not possible , I will vote to have such a code in the future.
