Insert Revision Cloud

How can I insert a revision cloud programatically using the Revit API?

I am using C# but if you'd prefer to post in a different language, I can easily translate.

I attached a file that shows how to create a revision, and a revision cloud.

This command cannot run as it requires some forms. You can get the idea form the command.
