Importando de RISA 3D

Buenas tardes, tengo instalada la última versión de RISA 3D (V22.0.0) así como la última versión de RISA-RevitLink que interactua con la versión REVIT 2024 de la cual tengo una licencia educativa. El problema se da cuando intento Importar mi modelo estructural realizado en RISA 3D, al abrir REVIT y el Plugin, me dice que no se puede hacer el proceso, entonces me gustaría saber si pueden ayudarme a resolver este problema.

Aqui no, lo siento.  Unfortunately, this is not the best place to ask such a question. Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API. Afaict from your query, you are not doing anything programmatically yourself using the Revit API, just using the standard RISA and Revit user interfaces. In that case, you will probably get more optimal answers to a question like yours relating to product setup, optimisation, usage, best practices and other end-user support issues in one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead:

The people there are probably better equipped to address this topic than us programming nerds.

However, your specific problem sounds very RISA-related indeed, so probably RISA themselves will be most capable of answering your question.
