IFC File size larger than via UI-Export

Hello guys,

I have written a code that export a view to IFC. Although all parameters and settings are same, the ifc file size is bigger than the file, that I created via UI in Revit.

Has anyone faced same problem?

You could perhaps try to use IfcZIP format to export your file. The thread below contains some insights into this.

Note that the issue of IFC size was logged and for the UI export and I believe this will also be resolved on the API side.
