How to work in a Team BIM 360 Hub?

I have Revit 2018 and Revit Collaboration. I am trying to access a cloud model. I downloaded the project file on my desktop yet it says I don't have access to the model. I received an email that I joined the BIM 360 team for the project. Could it be that my name / email is different from the one the Revit license is under?  Not sure how to work in a cloud file.  My folders are blank for the access to the 360 file
