How to start Revit in Hungarian or Dutch

I have been messing with languages in the Revit API and noticed in the LanguageType the languages Dutch and Hungarian.

I wonder if is possible to open Revit with that languages. In the Revit Help does not exist a Language code for Dutch and Hungarian.

In RevitAddin.ResourcesExample  I have a project to select the resource depending on the Revit language but never tested each one.

Could someone confirm, if the languages Dutch and Hungarian are not available in Revit? (By looking at the Revit files doesn't look like it, but the API has the enum so maybe.)
