How To Read a Project Documents MaximumBackup Setting

 Hi I'm trying to find a way of reading the Number of MaximumBackups that is set in the SaveAsOptions

which is set in the UI here:-

 

I want to be able to check if a user has set this too low (ie 1).

Does anyone know if this is available in the API.

I know that the ability to set this was only added in Revit 2014, but I just want to read the current setting rather than change the value.

I'm trying this in the python shell and when I got the first response below and then read the what's new in Revit 2014, I assumed that it was a read only property. Didn't think of instantiating a SaveAsOptions object first.
