How to get layers information of a importinstance？

I have imported a dwg file in revit,now i want to get the layer information of an object，such like a line of the importinstance.

how can i get it by Revit Api?

yeah, good one, I tried Revit Lookup and it didn't show the properties. So if they are reachable through the API, it is somewhere deeper.
