Hi everyone,
I tried placing my bolt family on the tunnel segment via the FamilyInstance.ByFace node in dynamo, however, no matter how I changed the referencedirection parameter provided, the orientation of the family placement did not change.
below is a schematic of the resulting bolt family in the wrong direction
And below is the direction in which the bolt family should have been placed
Do you know how to get the bolt family to be placed in the correct direction

I am not aware of the Dynamo node that you are using or its internal workings.
