Half of Icons missing when trying to open a file on revit 2017

I recently started use Revit and every time I try to open a file, half of the icons are missing and the Look in bar is also cut in half.  It can get annoying and its hard for me to open files.  I have a Lenovo Yoga 720 if that matters.  I have also attached a picture of the issue.
