As programe Sifistik or ISY Cad ( of NTI center)

Dear  Duchoabn,

Looks like you are new to .NET API.  The following tutorial will help you:

As the message saus, you are missing to reference the managed module; right clik on the reference and choose add it.  You can find the module in Revit install folder.  You should also make sure to use the support version of visual studio for your version of Revit. 

In any case, these are explained in the above tutorial.
